Cancellation Policy

By purchasing an astrology reading from Solelunastro, you, the client, agree to the following booking policies: The client booking a service with Solelunastro is 18+ years of age. If the client is underage, written parental consent and permission are required via email (solelunastro@gmail.com) 1 week before the date of the scheduled session. PAYMENT & RESCHEDULING — Payment must be made at the time of booking. If the client needs to request a reschedule on solelunastro.com, they also must let Solelunastro know via email (solelunastro@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before the booked time and date of the session, except in the case of emergency circumstances. If Solelunastro needs to reschedule a session, they will contact the client at least 24 hours before the agreed-upon time and date of the session via email, except in the case of emergency circumstances. *Emergency circumstances refer to an unexpected event that poses a risk of death, injury, or illness and requires immediate response and management. If the client cannot make the agreed-upon date, they have two opportunities to reschedule using the calendar availability provided on Solelunastro.com. If the client needs to request a date that is not available, they are free to email solelunastro@gmail.com at least 24 hours before their scheduled session to request an opening. CANCELLATION, LATENESS, & REFUNDS — The client is entitled to cancel and receive a full refund for up to 24 hours before the agreed-upon date and time of the session. Refunds are processed up to 14 days from the agreed-upon date of the session. If the client needs to cancel their session, they must email solelunastro@gmail.com to confirm their refund so that it can be processed AND cancel their session on solelunastro.com 24 hours before the agreed-upon date and time. If the client is 15+ minutes late or absent for their scheduled session and does not communicate with or give advanced notice to Solelunastro via email (solelunastro@gmail.com) of lateness or cancellation 24 hours before the start of the session, the client will not be refunded and lose their opportunity to reschedule. If, at any point during the reading, the client feels that the principles of practice outlined in Solelunastro will make all efforts to provide the full refunded payment within 14 days from the session date.
